By registering for the 2027 ODA Summit, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.
1. Registration
Registration provides admission to the 2027 ODA Summit for the individual named on the registration. Registration fees must be paid in full by the applicable deadline unless otherwise arranged with ODA.
Attendees are responsible for providing accurate registration information, including name, organization, title, contact information, and any other requested information.
Registration confirmation will be provided following successful registration and payment.
2. Registration Fees and Payment
All registration fees are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to the pricing and deadlines published by ODA.
Payment must be received by the applicable registration deadline to secure the selected registration rate. ODA reserves the right to change registration pricing, sponsorship opportunities, or other event fees as necessary.
3. Cancellation and Registration Transfers
All registration sales are final. No refunds will be issued.
If a registered attendee is unable to attend, their registration may be transferred to another individual from the same organization. Registration transfers must be requested and completed by February 5, 2027.
After the transfer deadline, registration changes may not be accommodated.
Registration fees may not be transferred to a future ODA Summit or other ODA event.
4. Event Changes
ODA reserves the right to modify the event schedule, speakers, sessions, presenters, activities, location, or other event details when circumstances require.
ODA will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant changes to registered attendees.
Changes to the program do not constitute grounds for a refund.
5. Event Cancellation
In the unlikely event that ODA must cancel the Summit, ODA will communicate cancellation information to registered attendees and provide information regarding any available options.
ODA is not responsible for expenses incurred by attendees, including airfare, lodging, transportation, meals, or other travel-related costs.
Attendees are encouraged to consider travel insurance and review cancellation policies for transportation and accommodations.
6. Hotel Accommodations
Hotel accommodations are separate from Summit registration unless specifically stated otherwise.
Attendees are responsible for making their own hotel reservations and for all lodging charges, including applicable taxes, fees, and incidental expenses.
ODA does not guarantee hotel availability and is not responsible for hotel cancellations, changes, or charges.
7. Code of Conduct
ODA is committed to providing a professional, inclusive, respectful, and welcoming environment for all Summit participants.
Attendees, speakers, exhibitors, sponsors, volunteers, and guests are expected to:
Treat others with professionalism, dignity, and respect.
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or threatening behavior.
Respect differing perspectives and professional experiences.
Follow venue policies and applicable laws.
Conduct themselves appropriately during Summit sessions, networking events, and other ODA activities.
ODA reserves the right to remove an individual from the event without refund if their conduct is disruptive, inappropriate, threatening, or otherwise inconsistent with these expectations.
8. Photography, Video, and Recording
By attending the Summit, you acknowledge that ODA or its designated representatives may photograph, record, or otherwise capture images, video, or audio during the event.
These materials may be used by ODA for educational, promotional, informational, archival, social media, website, and other organizational purposes.
If you have concerns about being photographed or recorded, please notify ODA staff or event personnel upon arrival.
9. Speakers and Presentations
Speakers, presenters, session topics, and presentation materials are subject to change.
The views and opinions expressed by individual presenters are their own and do not necessarily represent the views or positions of ODA.
ODA does not guarantee that presentation materials will be made available following the Summit.
10. Sponsors and Exhibitors
Sponsors and exhibitors are responsible for complying with ODA requirements, venue policies, and applicable laws and regulations.
Participation as a sponsor or exhibitor does not constitute endorsement by ODA of any specific product, service, organization, or viewpoint unless expressly stated.
ODA reserves the right to decline or discontinue participation that does not align with the purpose, values, or professional standards of the Summit.
11. Personal Belongings
Attendees are responsible for their personal belongings throughout the event.
ODA, its staff, volunteers, sponsors, exhibitors, and event partners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal property.
12. Accessibility and Accommodations
ODA is committed to making the Summit accessible to participants.
Attendees requiring accommodations are encouraged to identify their needs during registration or contact ODA as soon as possible so reasonable efforts can be made to accommodate requests.
13. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ODA is not responsible for personal injury, loss, theft, property damage, travel disruption, or other expenses or damages arising from attendance at or participation in the Summit, except where such liability cannot legally be excluded.
Attendees are responsible for making their own travel, transportation, lodging, and other arrangements.
14. Personal and Registration Information
Information collected during registration may be used by ODA for event administration, communication, attendance management, continuing education or certification requirements when applicable, and future ODA communications consistent with applicable privacy requirements.
ODA will take reasonable measures to protect registration information and will not sell attendee registration information.
15. Consent and Agreement
By completing registration and attending the 2027 ODA Summit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
ODA reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. The most current version will govern participation in the Summit.
